My first Crepe!

I watched Rachel Ray last week and was inspired to try and make a crepe. How hard can it be? Flour, water, egg, vanilla & milk. I decided to go for it. I went to the food network on line to verify my recipe thoughts and tweaked it a bit. I used some substitutions:

  • Egg White
  • I can't believe its not butter (for the pan)
  • Flour
  • Skim Milk
  • Peaches
  • Blueberries
  • Powdered sugar
  • Maple Syrup
I literally had it made in 10 minutes. I set and rolled it in parchment paper so when it cooled I plated it. This way it would not fall apart.

It turned out great! Now off to jump rope!
