On the Viewpoint at NBC with Pat Lawson

I had a great morning at NBC News speaking about Go Red for Women and Heart Disease. It was a 30 minute segment and also very informative. Even though I was part of it, I learned too! It was a little strange as I was sitting there hearing about the fact that women are more likely to die after having a heart attack and stent placement within 5 years. My mind started to count! My heart attack/stent  was in 2010. Ok, that was a little unnerving! It just made me further realize that I need to be on top of my health every day! I'll post a link soon.

Although its heart month, don't forget to take care of yours everyday!
