Heart month is among us! Saturday I'll be speaking at Tyson's Corner in Virginia at the Macy's Go Red Rally at 9:45am. Please visit your Macy's department stores this month to help support the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women.

Don't forget to wear red this Friday!
